Guest torrone
HI! Im thinking of buying a supra for 5000£ or about 4500$. Its a simple supra without any kind of styling. Then im going to tune and style it like h*ll. Is it a good idea? Or should i buy a styled supra? Is it hard to style a supra?? Thx
squiffy
there are so many parts to choose from and it soon adds up! but it is nice to make it your own, i would go for it mate, just buy one with the basics

Rayman
Id concentrate on getting a good supra first, its very easy to buy a supra just because its got all the kit on an exhaust etc. Your priority should be to find one thats mechanically sound and serviced else you wont be spending money on tunning and styling you'll be spending it on repairs. mikeyb10supra
HI! Is it hard to style a supra?? Thx Yep if you dont know what your doing it will be, your better of buying a half done one and adding your own personal detailing to it
SupraAyf
Isn't it best to buy the most well equipped Supe from the outset (and in the best condition) as you'll save a few quid in the long run. It took me 18 months to find my ideal car but I have to admit that it became a bit of a quest in the end.
terribleturner
IMO i think £4.5/5K will get you a not so great TT but an alright NA. And for those prices i doubt very much the cars will have a tuning done to them and if it has it will probably mean other areas have been neglected. Personnally i would get a standard (if there are any left ) one or near to standard and add what you want to it. That way it will be all your own car. On the other hand if you get one already in a good tuned state you will save a little money and not have the hassel of getting it set up into that state to start with.
