MR.B
'Sometimes' I think their tracking system falls a little bit behind - or it has done to me a few times before.

MR.B
I was tracking a delivery once on there. It said that the package was still abroad - I rang them to check it was correct and they told me it was actually in the UK already. It all depends on when the package is scanned I think. I'm not saying this is what's happened to yours - just that it's happened to me once before.
Tricky-Ricky
Mine took eight days from HK!
RobCowley
Got a parcel from the states yesterday, took 2 weeks in total! Was in customs for 3 days, then had to wait another day for them to process my customs charges payment. This was for Pioneer CD decks though - not sure if electrical items take longer to clear customs? Parcelforce's online tracking was spot on though once it arrived in the UK. ivan
Checked a tracking number from Nic last week that was apparently still in HK. Next morning it turned up on the doorstep.
