Supragal
Keep getting multiple errors in the event log on the publisher, I have raised the issue with our 3rd line support but they just keep fobbing me off as usual, I've googled it but can't find much useful... don't suppose anyone knows what might be causing this? Not sure what the Quality Report tool is? Is tehre a way of tracing back to see where the connections failed etc? Error: kCtiProviderCloseHeartbeatTimeout - CTI heartbeat timeout; provider closing App ID: Cisco CTIManager Cluster ID: [publisher ip]- Cluster Node ID: [publisher ip] CTI Application ID : Quality Report Tool Process ID : 1728 Process Name: CTIHandler Explanation: CTI heartbeat timeout occured. This causes CTIManager to close the application connection. Recommended Action: CTI application will need to reconnect; contact TAC if problem persists

Branners
I know didly about that system, but it looks to me like its trying to talk to another server and isnt getting a reply. Do you perhaps run a reporting server for the CTI side of things from which all the inbound and outbound call stats are run? Maybe check if thats on the network. I also know things like Blackberry servers talk back to a RIM server out on the internet somewhere, perhaps the Cisco unit is trying to dial home and cannot. Perhaps a firewall has been changed recently? JB
