suprasurrey
I have a 95 j-spec gz auto tt which has been fitted with a Jasma?? cat back stainless pipe. It was fine until I saw and heard you all at the pod last sunday! I need a noisy nasty pipe in stainless steel. I must add that the car has got a bilstien lowering kit fitted and I don`t want to damage my first mod of many. So, what do I need and where do I get it? martin_a
How about for a n/a? Not too loud just a nice burble when you put your foot down? I don't want to annoy all the neighbours pulling off the estate! m.

The real loud stuff can get annoying on the M way.

montezumola
Gotta agree with RedM, Greddy Racing Ti has the balance of non-intrusive idle (pleases the neighbours) but great WOT noise!

Homer
Hiper Totally agree! Old skool Hiper (not available anymore) is without a doubt the best sounding exhaust on a stock/hybrid supra. Why the hell did they stop making those?! Boostlogic 4" on a single, nothing else sounds quite like it
Guest mk47
umm its hard to explain really, ive got a sound clip somewhere of my veilside one so if you manage to get on msn i can send it over 2 u.

Jasma is not a brand, it's a Japanese exhaust standard. Post pics of your exhaust and someone should be able to identify it. Do you still have the cats fitted? If you do, removing the cats will make your exhaust louder and free up a lot more power.

Thanks for that, I cleared off more road grime to find the words `Mines Motorsport Division` I take it I will have to refit the cats for mot`s once a year? Thorin
Totally agree! Old skool Hiper (not available anymore) is without a doubt the best sounding exhaust on a stock/hybrid supra. Why the hell did they stop making those?! Because they were crapply made and rotted from the inside out, also had a tendancy to shoot all the baffles and wadding out the back. martin_a
Cheers all (aplogies for late reply no web access at weekend) the rotting from the inside out thing was also a problem for superdraggers on my previous car. no such issues with the supra then? m. Thorin
Was a problem with all older HKS exhausts (used mild steel), they're supposed to be better now but I'm not having a HKS exhaust again any time soon.
hadyn
Yes HKS mild steel systems are truly awful
