I think we had a pretty reasonable run down the A272, despite getting caught behind a Getz for about 10 miles, doing no more than 40 mph (brum brum! Yea Hah! Feel the horsepower!) I hope everyone had a good day out - I know we did. I agree, it's good to mix with the other clubs more - gets everyone away from that close-minded "my car's better than your car" attitude so everyone can just chill out and enjoy them for what they are. Gerry Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 I second that.... was my first trip anywhere with a mixed convoy and although it was to busy to be great fun, it was good to see some different cars and the couple that had a brief blast (Scoobies) sounded brill.
