Reproduction Parts

Hi all,

As the MKIV Supra is getting on a bit, it’s natural that wear and tear is something we’ll be trying to combat and in many cases we simply have to replace new for old. OEM parts are running out at Mr T with a number of key components being discontinued now.

I have spotted a few recent threads about reproduction parts, the likes of @keronmaking a number of discontinued Items from seat belts , to front crash bars to name a few.

So with some help from you all, I thought it might be best for us to create a sticky/pinned thread once we discuss the options available.

Today I spotted this FB post about a company in Aus who have reproduced the entire RHD Facelift (Series 2) dash, which I though was really cool, also it’s an exact copy with all the mounting tabs etc as they came from Mr T.

Please add parts that you know would be useful in the eventual Sticky Thread.

800 quid though. Plus shipping and taxes!

I didnt think it was to bad considering they're brand new and some people sell a heated seat switch or steering wheel for the same or even more these days

Imagine the costs to set this up even if its injection moulded, plus the little clear plastic inserts for the top panel.

considering whifbitz sell the manual surround panel for £242 and you're getting 4 main panels for £744 plus tax n postage, I'd say it's cheap, especially as you cannot get these anywhere else brand new.

A lhd set brand new will cost well over £1k

Able to post a link to the dash panels? I don't have facebook but tried to google and it took me to a Singaporean company.

$1370 isn't cheap, but second hand prices here are crazy, I'd pay it. I'm glad there's parts seeing Toyota is doing SFA...

Wonder what is next on their list. Hood scoops? OEM Dash and centre console?

I just bought a new bonnet, insulation, headlights and fenders - $5k AUD not including delivery.

Can we clean this up.

At the end of the day we are lucky to able to even get these parts, Getting a list of them is a good idea regardless of price.

Ill leave the comments for now and prune the thread once we get a list together, I think the comments either way are a good talking point and let’s be honest the forum needs a little chat 😁

SRD Undertray (Engine and Bumper)  is a worthy addition I feel, as the plastic standard undertray is an item that can get damaged, and with age we’re starting to see these split.
