Nice! 🙂

Looking damn good mate, bet you’re itching to get the car back and put them on? That does seem a bit pricey for the fitting and balancing, but if they did it well and didn’t damage the wheels, it’s worth it I guess. 👍

Just seems very steep in relation to everything else 🤷🏻‍♂️ Not being a dick but it’s not an hours work, so taking into account time, % machinery costs and overheads there’s some serious markup there 😅 but yeah no damage and not many places are happy to touch them

Yep 😅 then a nice big bill of the places around you are the same as mine 🤦🏻‍♂️  Fingers crossed you know a decent tyre place mate 🤞🏼

I was going to try my luck with the guys at the Kwik-Fit I know well. They did my new Wedsports when I had the ISF, only charged me £60 I seem to recall for fitting and balancing, but they weren’t as pricey as the new ones. Worried now, but I’ll cross that bridge when the time comes! Lol. 😉

hahaha big time, a lot of companies wouldn’t even touch them when I said how much they were each 😅

Well I guess as they are taking extra risk then they are passing the cost onto you. Ideally they’d have a machine that didn’t damage wheels and a competent tyre fitter, then it wouldn’t matter how much they cost.

Exactly but they are worried and most of the places don’t have a top of the range tyre machine like a hunter 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wow, great work, that is a serious build, fair play. Looking forward to seeing it done and sitting on those lovely wheels.

Thanks mate it’s much appreciated 👍🏼 I can’t wait either. So many delays and I’m sure SRD are probably bored of my engine being there 😅
