Specification isn't stunning, in terms of pixels, but it takes very good pictures, and is very unusual in that it is extremely easy to use - there's a constant hint / information on the screen telling you what everything you just pressed does. They've had good reviews I beleive. It has some internal memory, as well as the SD card slot which has a 64mb card in it.
