Clio 3 RS200 squealing noise from engine

Hi guys,

 

Was hoping someone might have had this problem before.

 

My gf's RS00 has an intermittant squealing sound from the engine when fully warmed up after a run. It's hard to locate where it is coming from but sounds like a bearing or a belt or maybe water pump?
