CAR HAS NOW SOLD - NEW OWNER SHOULD APPEAR VERY SOON!

Certain events have transpired recently meaning that this is now probably the time to let the car go. I'm in no mad rush to sell as certain other things need to happen before the replacement car is found so silly offers will not be entertained. However, now seems like a good time to see what interest there is for this car.

This car is pretty well known here and elsewhere and has been maintained and looked after with no expense spared at all. I have loved this car for nearly 9 years. I found it after a lot of searching and did a 600 mile round trip to buy and pick her up. It’s had a few changes over the years but the look now is about as perfect, in my eyes, as I can get it.

Car was compression tested not that long ago as I wanted to make sure that she had many years left in her - all readings were very high and consistent.

Car has had a recent full windows out, virtually bare metal, respray in Lexus Sonic Titanium (1J7) as well as having the unique and gorgeous TwinZ Kit fitted - a total one-off in the UK and Europe as this is the only car currently wearing it. This car is in superb condition throughout and has been loved and cherished during my ownership. I’ll never find another as good, that much I do know.

This car has been a daily since I’ve had it and the mileage reflects that but don't let that influence you. It has been maintained and pampered like I would a child and has wanted for nothing. If it’s needed anything, it has had it even replacing parts just because it seems like a good preventative move.

Please PM me with any interest or questions. I don’t want this thread to get unnecessarily messy. I’ve put a couple of pics here but have many others and can take current exterior and interior pics if needed.

New Callaway front mats.

Toad Cat 1 Alarm/Immobiliser

Private Reg P555SUP to stay with the car.

Good bits:

All of it - car is immaculate throughout and needs nothing - buy, drive, have fun, enjoy!

Bad bits:

As with nearly all Supras the stem seals puff at start up. I’ve considered sorting this for a while (and have Ferera seals ready) but have been reluctant to crack the head on such a strong engine figuring that it might create more problems than in solves so have left it. Doesn’t use oil between changes which has been done very regularly with top grade semi-synthetic oil every time.

Slip Cont Off and OD Off lights have flashed at me for years now but does not affect the car at all! Many say it’s a dodgy Speed Converter but as it has no effect on the car and driving it I’ve not bothered to sort it.

PRICE

£16,500 ovno

Wow, didn't see this coming. Hope all is okay mate and GLWYS, not that you will need it. Beautiful looking car, well worth the asking price.

You missed your CW SMIC off the mod list :)

Well pointed out - will amend! And I'll PM you about the reasons.

If anyone has any more technical questions, Ive been the spanner monkey for Ellis for a few years now.

The engine had a health check last year, all compression figures were perfect, also had a new Toyota crank pulley and cam belt/tensioner as well inside the last 10k miles
