Just spoken to John at JapCarClub, it's fine to pay them and the disclaimer I got served on the desktop site has mysteriously vanished... Possibly the most interesting site I've given money to this year. Hopefully no ticket problems like last year.

You called someone? I emailed the address on the JAE site but no reply.

Just to clarify to everyone about the cost.

JAE itself has raised its price from last years price of £35 to £45

This is down to getting more land at the venue, getting buildings to use indoors for either sleeping, and competitions like show and shine etc.

There is a funfair, a rolling road(potentially) and many other things like a track they are tying to introduce.

The club price has raised £5 from last year.

This is to make sure we have enough funds for food, drinks, entertainment, the marquee, fridge, generator etc

And to get anything else to benefit the club and the members.

I didn't call this year (yet), but I had a right ball ache last year getting hold of them and do have a phone number. They've also listed a phone number this year, which could be useful. I've also got a working reproduction for the banner that showed up saying "don't use worldpay, it's still in development", they're going to fix it as that shouldn't still be in place. You have to be logged in to get it and then it only shows on the ticket page.

Great News.

After speaking with the club insurer Sky Insurance, they have offered to donate £200 to our fund for JAE.

Due to this and a re jig of expenditure, I can announce that the club tickets have reduced in price.

Club Tickets are now £35.
