I'd like to have gone seens as the sun's out but I've torn a ligament in my foot and I can't walk.

FYI, it nacks.

Bad luck mate, how longs the heal time on something like that? We could go in the metro centre and rent you a granny chariot if it would help :D

Could take up to 8 months to fully repair.....but I'm a total boss so it won't take that long.

Should be about 5 to 7 days for the swelling to go down, then about 6 weeks to get normal use out of my foot, anything up to 8 months to fully heal. I'm canny fed up already buy it's swelling is reducing daily so I should be walking properly by the weekend.

Cheers lads. Aye totally sick of being in the house now, once the swellings down I can use it and see how far I can push it, probably not far to start with. Hopefully I can use my bike without aggravating it.

Just strap it up mate try and minimize the ankle turn, if not do a handstand on the bike and pedal with ya hands haha
