I'm not going to go down the offers route sorry, it's not for me ;):) It's a year old and sandy bridge has obviously forced prices of the i7 9xx range down, so what you paid for it is irrelevant now really ;):) (I mean that in the nicest possible way lol).

You must know what you want for it, so just PM me if you like, if not no worries GLWS :)

il send you a pm now, agree but intel are still pumping out the 1366 format like 990 etc so theres still alot of life left in the chipset i rekon :)

LGA 2011 is due in a couple of weeks. Set to replace 1366 (X58).

That being said, its a damn good chiposet and any potential buyer will see a good 3 years from it. The only thing I would spec is the exact case and power supply, its as important as the actual spec of the rig.

Hey bud! :)

X79 is now being prepped for distribution. We have SKU's and NDA's at the office. Plus, we have an X79 setup in the office for evaluation/testing. It will be available to the masses by mid next month.

Would this handle battlefield 3 specs on ultra settings and still run smooth ?

No. High settings, yes.

800W PSU - OH MY - that must be expensive to run.

Antecs are generally one of the more efficient PSU's out there, but of course that is dependant on exactly what model it is.
