BDC Pro Spec Nissan 180sx

Right, I thought I would start testing the waters now, mainly because A) this car is taking longer to finish off then I hoped for and B) if anyone wants a car for this years BDC but currently hasnt got anything then this could be an option for them.

So, after re-shelling my 180sx from last year, this is how the car currently stands.

Engine, box, subframes, diff etc have all been re-shelled into a very mint, clean with absoloutely no rust, 180sx shell. The shell has been sprayed, black top, white bottom. The car is being re-built to its former glory.

I have purchased a brand new Uras GT kit for it as well, which will be sprayed in the next week or so.

Basically the car has everything it needs to compete in, it just all needs to be put back together.

The last biggest job due is to put the cage back in, which will come with the sale, a Fabricage pro spec cage, with spreader plates and box sections that just need welding to the floor pan and then the cage re-fitting.

After that you just need to re-fit all the interior bits, dash is in, but seat, harness, engine cut off's and plumbed in fire extinguisher, which will all come with the car.

After that its just a case of re-fitting the Uras GT kit, which will come sprayed.

Also the wide rear arches will come with the car, but were never going to be fitted as the shell is too clean to cut up, so in case anyone would rather keep metal arches on the rear Im leaving that decision to the new owner. But I really cant stress how clean this shell is, Im sure people would spend just for a totally mint S bodied shell like this.

The car is running and the spec list of the car is as follows:

1993 PS13 - re-shelled into a much cleaner 1990 shell.

SR20 Redtop engine

T28 Turbo

Front mount intercooler

Twin plate paddle clutch

Trust big wing sump

Front and Rear strut brace

K&N airfilter

Stainless manifold

Down pipe

Full stainless exhaust

Viscous diff

Skyline brakes and disks (handbrake is amazing!)

5 stud conversion

Extra lock for drifting

Tein super street coilovers

Tein tension Rods

Tein tie Rod ends

OMP deep dish steering wheel

Razo pedals

Nismo lights

Dark Uras rear lights

Uras GT bumper

Uras GT skirts

Uras GT rear bumper and diffuser

Chargespeed front wings

Chargespeed widebody rear arches (not fitted but come with car)

2way differential

Frabricage 6 point cage

Engine cut off switches

Plumbed in fire extinguisher

FIA Corbeau Evolution

FIA harness

Basically fully built, if I had the time, and Im now getting to the stage where I desperately need cash to finish my Supra build in time, I reckon this is still a 4.5k car.

So for the hassle of the new owner just having to refit everything, which I would imagine is a full weekends work, Im willing to knock 1k off the price. The rota wheels will not be sold with the car either, if the new owner really wanted them, I can adjust the price accordingly.

£3,500 and I can give a quote to get the car delivered to your door.

So, obviously as the car still needs bits putting back onto it, lights, indicators, bumpers (for number plate), seat, harness/seatbelt and the fact its not yet MOT'd because it hasnt been completed yet, you wont be able to drive this away. But as I said I can do a favour in the car transportation scenario if someone wants it now to finish the last final push, which I expect would be 1/2 full weekends work just to re-fit everything. Then you can MOT it and use it how you want, daily/drifter etc.....

This car fully built is a £4.5k car all day long, so please dont PM me saying you can turn up with 3k at the weekend and drive it away, as each weekend goes on and I get everything re-fitted, around trying to complete my Supra, the price will just go up. I think its pretty fair knocking an easily cool 1k off the price for the hassle of someone spending a weekend or two re-fitting all the small stuff. I have done the major hard work, sourcing a good shell, getting it sprayed, transfering everything over, buying a new kit, so I do believe this is a bargain to be had.

Failing no real offers, this weekend the cage will go back in, cut off's and fire extinguisher hopefully, so the price will bump up, next week the kit will come back from spray and at that point I might as well complete the car myself if no one is stil interested.

This is how the car will looks, with everything re-fitted, clean and de-stickered, exactly the same as the day I bought her ;)
