Yep i am manger in a slightly sh*t shop but we try to do our best with what we have.

I mainly do XC, used to race DH and XC but i'm getting on now lol.

Still try to do dirt jumping, i just built up an Unknown jonnie foreigner. Think theres quite a few guys on here into MTB and riding in general.

I'm all for a thread about bikes n stuff.

And before anyone asks, yes i can offer discount on most parts, not massive mind and aslong as the mods approve of me doing it :)

Can you offer discounts on bikes? I'm after something with a simular spec to a Focus Black Forest Pro 09 ;) :D

Hi i can offer discount but dont want to piss the mods off, if you are serious then let me know and i will speak to the mods see if they are ok as i dont know if its classed as trading or not?

Do you sell seals for a set of dirt jumper 2 forks.

2nd pic is not me,but my fav jump spot.

We can do seals, would need to know year of the fork etc and aslong as windwave hae them then we can supply, if not im sure Mojo or TF tuning will have them., again before i do anything i would need to speak to the mods :)

Your bike looks almost identical in looks to my Unknown but i have a camo seat lol

2006. I've been in contact with Windwave, used to send my forks there direct, but they only deal with dealers now :-(

they are 2006 QR not 20mm bolt through. :D

Ok i will speak to the mods 1st then get in contact and get you a price.

I'm after a bike but don't know anything about them at all ,

What could i get thats fairly decent for around the £3-400 mark .

just for me to get abit fitter thats all .

Theres lots to choose from around that price, it will see you with a decent entry level bike, try to ignore what you read in magazines and some of the 'big bike forums' as most are biased.

For that money i would go for a Kona fire mountain, alloy frame disc brakes etc, again this is a biased view as i have ridden and raced Kona most my life.

Ideally you need to atleast sit on the bike and get a feel for it, the geometry and size of the bike is far morew important than the initial spec of it.

If you see any bikes any where then let me know and i will tell you if its much cop or not :)

I'm just a touch over 6'3" and ride a 20"

as always you are best of trying to atleast sit on the bike you are after as top tube lenghts are harder to alter than seat post height lol

3-400 will get you a decent entry level machine with a frame that is worthy upgrading on when things wear out (which they will fairly quickly)

BTW did you own a MNP R33GTR a few years back ?

Got it thanks, yeah i think he did, i heard he wrecked it from someone?? shame as i should not have sold it :(

Mike

Nah he didnt wreck it, there were some little issues that cropped up but he sorted them, it was in good order when he sold it.

There was a big thing about that car being cloned though, a guy called Chris from Yorkshire bought the cloned car.

Was a gorgeous car, i spent many an evening drag racing against that in my pulsar.
