Heres some info on what Mondello are doing:

 

We have a new car at Mondello for corporate 'Hot Laps'. It's the Lola B07/90 super car as used in the USA GT race series and at Le Mans. This car comprises of carbon fibre cock-pit on a space frame and runs a Ford V6 Duratec engine achieving 0-100km/p in 2.5 seconds. Handling is phenominal and a passenger ride in this car with our race driver Ron Cuming is an experience not to be missed.

 

This is a bolt-on activity available with any of our team building and client entertainment packages priced at an additional €50 + Vat per person.

Where is that spot Carlo ?

 

Its out by me, near the airport in Swords

 

As far as I know it is the largest Club in Ireland 3K capacity, just opened about 2 months back

 

to rent one of the cities its 3K for the nite, ha ha

 

It is based on the super Clubs in Miami and Las Vegas, LA

I'd be on for some kind of 2 day meet here in Ireland, north or south, that involves the rolling road day and either the track day or drag day.

 

I'll never make it to any other kind of meet (1 day only car park and convoys or across the pond) as the supra's a trailer queen and not its worth the expense or the hassle.

how ya lads and lassies i just found this site tonite @ 3 am lol

 

i have always wanted to buy a supra ever since parting with my gs300 saloon motor, does any1 know of any supra for sale and what sort of money are they making these days,,, non turbo & turbos... need to be manual

 

theres a buck selling one on adverts.ie > here is he a member here on mkiv?

 

i would love to find the right one for the right money / somthing that i could afford and defo make it to these big meet ups that you are all planning,

 

im from longford myself and know dublin like the back of my palm (im an x dub) ;)

Hey man welcome along, best advice I can give you is to have a browse through the classifieds on here to see what type of money the cars are making.

 

Rough guide imo.

 

2500-3000 n/a auto maybe 3750-4000 if aerotop

2750-3500 n/a manual

 

5500-6000 J-spec auto TT

6500-7000 J-spec manual TT 6 speed

 

9000-10000 Uk spec tt

 

13k-20k for a single turbo supra

 

 

By the way I don't recognise the car as being a members car on here.

would them prices be for cars on irish plates or uk im think about the vrt

 

realy thinking about getting me a twin turbo I dont mind if its a 5 or 6 speed once its a manual i realy like the ones in white

They'd be uk prices really mate. Some (most irish lads) still have high prices on the supras. Vrt is quite low on them even tt is quite cheap.

 

If it's tt it'll be auto or 6 speed unless its a converted n/a to tt. The w58 gearbox that is in the n/a isn't all that strong if you got bpu power. On a standard tt you'd be ok though.
