  1. so on a uk spec you just decat to get the bpu, no ring no bleed valve nothing?
  2. i changed all mine last week and the gits where stuck solid it took ages getting 1 out the rest where ok and they aint been painted, the tool is just a drift
  3. i failed it after 2 bottles of aussie whites and 6 cans of hieneken after knocking a plod off his push bike lol, when i was arrested i was over the limit 1 hour later i was twice the limt lol and 3 hours later i got the local high score. this was of course over 20 years ago and i wasnt on a fooking road, i was on what i was told was private land and only moved my car to let someone in to there space , but plod was looking for chavs on his bike lol, when i knocked him off he asked had i been drinking i said yep im hammered lol and laughed at him for having no lights on his bike it took 12 months to proove it was public and i got £40 fine and 12 month ban it was only deemed to be public as there was 1 poxy street light there which meant the public had a right to be there now i wont even have 1 and drive its not worth it
  4. tricky i too moved from a modded sx to an auto soop and its great
  5. put mine through a car wash and the spoiler truley scewed up the drier thingy it just kept drying it for ages, i always wash by hand but thought i would do it in the wash as it was minging
  6. there bad enough in asda with them trolleys never mind the parking ability in a car i think they should only be allowed to drive when the pubs are throwing out for lifts home etc and the roads are quiet ffs they get 2 lanes on the motorway, the hard shoulder and the inside lane yet they still get in the go faster lanes in my way lol ok they may look good but they aint practical in anything with an engine lol ok ok i know ill go put my flame proof suit on now lol only playing girlies i think???

  13. well i made it early and could only stay a short while so never really got to chat , i seen a couple of other silver soops opposite the doors, i was parked in the car park past the pub as you drive in , silver tt with tan leather , oh well maybe next time ill get to stay a while longer

  16. i use mine as a daily and will prob do 50k in the next 2 years if its still going business insurance for me was a £14 load but mine is a uk spec tt and im an old git, so total of £400 ish to insure
  17. sounds like a wheel bearing or a dodgy shock although it could be your brakes , easy to spot if you take the whel off and have a peep, i thought mine had front warped discs as at low speeds and low braking i could feel a pulse, it turned out to be the rears which i knew where getting low, so 2 new discs and pads later its as smooth as silk

    tom tom for me on pda and once its got sats it dont lose em anywhere ive ever been and works ok indoors too in case i cant find the fridge
  19. here ya go all done i got the last lights i needed from an auto electrician for £1 each he only had 6 left , lucky me note the airbag light lol i unplugged it grrrrrrrrrrrr:blush: but its ok now
  20. i swapped all mine last week its like blackpool but dont unplug your airbag or you need to reset the light
  21. mines uk and heated they come on with the rear demister
