  1. i had a set of them and in the wet i had no grip :(

    REALLY!

I won't be buying them then!

I'll shoot my informer for giving me false info.

Attilauk, ignore this one from me then... :conf: :conf: :conf:

At least you know what you're getting with F1's.

    Gaz :twak:

  2. Attilauk,

long time no speak! How are you keeping?

I'm told Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 tyres are a good

second place against the F1's! Cheaper anyhow.

  3. a local garage and they said the bush is in the arm and cant be dun seperatly so the whole arm would need to be changed

Got the same problem, N/S rear!

It's not life threatening, but my mechanic said the same (see quote).

Knocking is worse over pot holes and on concrete motorways.

I'm changing both sides. There's a lot of play in the wheel and you can see the arm moving off the bush. When I get a price I'll let you know the damage!

  4. Excellent pics everyone and thanks for a fun day!

Great to meet even more people with fast pointy cars.

Thanks again Ray for organising the meet.

Definately attend the next one down there.

    Gaz :p :p

P.S. Anyone for the meeting at Mascrat Pub, Warrington on Monday 14th Feb? See you there if you're going.

  5. Very nice!

What's the colour, Charcoal or dark silver?

I wish my mother was good looking and my dad was rich, either that or you work in IT!

Hadyn - Please note; cool car, silver colour = THE BEST! :twak:

  6. how is it blended mate? using normal filler or is it fibreglass or something similar???? Did collin respray the whole bumper or just the bottom bit??? price sound reasonable

PS - what kind of filter are you talking about?!?!?!?!

I think he used normal P45 then P38 filler.

He did end up spraying the whole front bumper, as he informed me, so that he could blend it all in with the rest of the car.

The filter is an Apexi one (similar to a K&N but a lot cheaper).

As Hadyn said "his work has brought him fame and glamour"...but not fortune!

    Gaz :nana:
