hi mate ya i got theres on mine nice wheels and well built . but heavy tho and yes the dish is deeper on the back set
Are these 18" or 19"? ...and what offset are they?
-
-
I buy the OEM-wipers (arms and everything)...cause you can change just the rubber on them
That HAS to be way cheaper than buying expensive name-brands wiperblades all the time?
-
Happy birthday mate
-
If youve got a newish full version of Nero Burning Rom...it will convert and burn it for you
-
I can remember there was a big debate as to whether it was his own voice or Jackson's. Hmmm memory going it was back in 1980 ish
Ditto
I remember playing the extended mix cause the MJ singing part is more stripped down on that version...and therefore it was easier to make out if it and was him singing or not
...yupp....im deffo old too!

It seems 'reasonably priced' and 'fit over UK brakes' are rarely seen on the same spec sheet when it comes to wheels.
You said it...its gotten a bit better over the last couple of years though
-
the lip on these wheels is stailess steal so no laquar problems to be had. yes i have a jap tt but they would clear the uk breaks to . and mine are 8.5" and 9.5"
Thanx
Ill give the wheels a go later this week and see how they fit
Ill snap a few pics and post here...that is IF i can find my bl*** digicamera wich has been awol since i was in agia napa
-
Please dont put them in the same league as stickey outey TSW's
You mean...their rims have too small offset for the Supra?
-
i thought TSW was a decent make wheel, (not that id want any)
dont yokohamma make TSW
Me too
But i actually considered a set of TSW Catalunya 19" wheels...until i heard the price that is
-
@lpher, whats your budget buddy? maybe someone here maybe able to advise you on a better wheel for your money.....
To be honest...im getting this set for "silly money" as you guys so fittingly call it
Hmm...ill put it this way...im paying the equivalent of 4 decent tires
...and this deal also includes decent tires!
-
Lol. I keep one of those plastic seat covers in the car for just that emergency!
Dont the JDM's have heated frontseats then?!
-
no there cr*p mate had a set on my scooby was always haveing problems with flats where the rubber was comeing away from the rim and within a year all the laquer was peeling off and they looked shite as they was carroding
Hmm...ill have to keep that in mind then... Ive established a kind of mutual deal with this dealer so there souldnt be a problem for me atleast if problems araise...but thanx for telling me about it
-
Thanx for answering so quickly guys
that they might not clear the large front brake calipers? Its seems they clear allright...ref. "supra matt"
Usually heavy and very soft alloy so easy to destroy.
I will ahve to take my chances then, wont i?
They are heavy wheels, not the best quality out there but half descent for the money. They are budget wheels tho.
Yeah, i know...but my budget is a bit limited these days aslo...so its this or nothing
hi mate ya i got theres on mine nice wheels and well built . but heavy tho and yes the dish is deeper on the back setAhh....excellent!
...what exact sizes are your weels then? The do look nice
the fronts and backs look the same width in the pics? look nice thoughYeah...i noticed that too...
the ones in the pic look like he has the 9.5" front and backConfirmed
-
Ive gotten a REALLY (and i do mean a REALLY!
) good deal on a set of these wheels
http://www.bkracing.co.uk/aspbite/alloy-wheels/gallery-wheel.asp?ID=51
...and i was wondering if there are any other Supra-owners that have tried these before?
Im thinking 8"x19" and 9,5x19" in gun metal grey...wich should suit my Anthracite supra very well? Oh...theyre 38mm offset. So not at all unlike the TTE-alloys ive had on the car till now...
Heres a few pics of these exact wheels on a mkIV Supra...in what i think is 9,5x18" all round..(i think the chromelips are different sizes on 8" and 9,5")...not shure if the spokes are gun metal or black though.
So...what do you guys think?
-
What about the 8,5x18"/10x18" TTE alloys then?
@lpher
Excellent thread..but an update would be desireable
The TTE-alloys (Same as the GS300 Sport wheels) should be on the list too
-
Thank you G.W. That really made my day!
-
Thank god someone has it at last any idea when you will be putting it up on here
:D
Might be he's on the case right now?
-
Norwegian:
http://www.ts-ogn.no/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=48
(with so small a mkIV-population...we're "sharing webspace" with other sporty Toyota models aswell
)
Swedish:
But...as has been stated earlier in this thread...the only mkIV Supra forum youll ever need...is this one!
-
-
"These might come in handy with the amount of rain the buggers get"
Probably a good thing the mkIV wasnt sold as new in scandinavia then...it would have had firehose-size washers on the front then i suspect!
-
I can confirm this too
I tend to use this forum for the odd question myself...and appart from the obvious...LHD/RHD-thingy...they are all the same
On that note....i wonder what the Toyota-guy who ok'ed the washerheadlight horns for you uk'ers was thinking?!
-
Theres definately something wrong with your supra...
Heres one of my fancier take-off's!

Thanx guys...i guess ill try and keep it around 1,0 then
Are BK Racing Wheels any good?
in Supra Chat
Posted
Ahh....that would explain why the 19" wouldnt fit my car then
They wouldnt clear the eurospec calippers...
So we tried just about any wheel the dealer had in stock!
And finally we settled for this one in 8,5x19" and 9,5x19"
Ill post pictures of them on the car as soon as the weather clears up
