  1. I take it you have never been to a TC meet before as our car's are always secluded from everyone else's, that I can assure you of We have our own little spot lower tier.
  2. Give it time and he shall be along. Where about's in lancs are you?
  3. Still waiting on Sakey to make a decision on this.
  4. There is no such manual available for the gte, in English anyway, but there is a maintenance manual but it's NA VVTi only (technically its for the lexus IS300). I can upload it to my Skydrive for you if want a copy.
  5. God forbid you stray over 3k revs!
  6. Oh I dunno Dnk, I noticed a nice improvement when I swapped my ARB bushes for Poly ones. Although, tbf, I did have decent suspension and was set up nicely, plus it was a hardtop but never the less I did feel an improvement in terms of better roll control. Agreed though it would defiantly not give you the results in mind but something the OP should consider.
  7. Every restaurant has different policies but I don't see it being a problem. Ring 01617 487 917 and ask to speak to the manager on duty.
  8. I take it these are smart coils then?
  9. Not to worry Dan, i'll show you how to eat one properly Me and Dave shall be coming across in the GT4.
  10. Torque them CORRECTLY or spend another £20 in a few months time.
  11. As long as it's ran like in previous years I'll probably come for this one. Time to start nagging Mr Loopy to come.
  12. If you drop the oil whilst it's cold it will be a lot thicker so you may not get all the old oil out. Just service it once you've put it back together.
  13. If you've got excessive pressure build up in the box then my first port of call would be to drop the fluid, take the sump off and replace the filter/strainer.

    cambelt

Gates belt. OEM quality without the OEM tax. http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts_info.asp?id=6913&cat=89&sub=1354&sec=1562&var=0&dc=&gen=&searchKey=
  17. One thing I've always pondered is whether twin feeds are actually required unless your pushing silly numbers, say 700+? I could well be wrong here, wouldn't the collision of 2 lots of flows of fuel colliding in the rail would create turbulent eddies which could cause some pressure inconsistencies in the rail?
  18. Didn't really read the original post properly
  19. Impressive. You're not bad with a spanner hand when you get going!
  20. Christ that rolling anti lag is awesome. So long brake boosting.
  21. Belt just needs un-tensioning and dropping our of the way for VSS Mike.
  22. I have to agree with swampy. Not all pulleys bolts come off as easier as others especially if someone has tampered with it before. Had various types of removal tools for this job over the years, some better than others with various levels of success but I've never been 100% happy with them. Then I got this one and it's safe to say I've finally got a tool I consider to be the best for the job.
