  1. You shouldnt have issues with any transit mate thats been converted to a pickup, or they wouldnt allow them lol....... Not that mrdsukautos is probably interested in my offer, and it is a wicked truck, I do love it, but it is more then I need really just for getting a car to and from somewhere, but if mrdsukautos is interested in my offer, he needs to move really quick as I have just won this on Ebay lol..... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300284532988
  2. My licence says 7.5 ton on the back, Im one of the old ones that can get away with it You forget Im 1977
  3. I quite like that, in fact the more I look at it, the more I like it But I cant afford 2k, I really cant lol........I was only looking to spend 1k and even then this is something I really shouldnt be spending 1k on, but makes life so much easier, but you want 2k, whats the chance of meeting in the middle for £1500, I can be up yours this weekend with the cash ?
  4. I was thinking the same, but doubt I could really pick and choose my hours, unless I was contracted to a recovery company......could be worth looking into though
  5. Nice find Jamie I fricking went through all the ones that were listed on Ebay and never saw that one.......
  6. But again, cant seem to find anything for under 2k......apart from this cheap DW one. I really havent got a lot to spend on a recovery truck and was only going to spend the £700/£800 on a double axle car trailer, but when I saw the above recovery truck for an extra £300 I thought it might be worth a go, however I cant justify another 1k on top of that
  7. Well I have seen this one for £1000, I know it needs some work doing, but depending how bad the power steering issue is I might only have to throw say £500 at it to get the few issues sorted......http://www.driftworks.com/forum/misc-sale-private-sales/72671-cheap-transit-recovery-truck.html 2 car, 7.5t, isnt that a bit big for what I need, sorry not really up to scratch on different trucks, you got any pics.......
  8. Guys, Im after a cheap recovery truck if anyone knows of anyone or anything about, this will be used to transport my drift car to and from events. Thanks guys........
  9. Man Michael will love all this multi quoting I got going on lol It wouldnt normally bother me to put in the effort and reply to all individually, but guess it is easier on the eye Jake, yeah thats the one lol And to the others I did think the same, poor effort and he is on grass, I thought it was camping at the side of Pod at first but then realised it wasnt, so no one know it is then, oh well, there goes their 5mins of fame lol
  10. Found this video randomly on photobucket while trying to find an old video of mine, anyone here ? http://media.photobucket.com/video/doughnut/guido_569/MOV00534.flv?o=15
  11. I know Garage-D John, they are very well know within the drift community, my S13 was built by them, from what I can tell they know they their S13/S14/S15 range well and do a lot of work with drift cars, I cant comment on how well they know the Supra, but all these cars work the same, and like yourself havent heard of any horror stories
  12. Not exactly true fella, car control is key, this is something I have been taught drifting, I always thought I was a fairly good driver and even though enjoying my Supra and thinking I knew how to handle her after 7 years of ownership after I started drifting I realised I knew very little about car control, but what I have learnt in the last year drifting would save me a lot more in situations I would like to see driving tests like, grrhh, cant remember where it is now, finland or somewhere like that, but it takes like 3 years to past your test and you have to learn to power slide/drift and skid pans etc, is that knowledge we lack and at a time of reactions you need to know it and not think about it
  13. Let them strike, just means I get days where I dont have to pick up more junk mail, I very rarely get anything through the post thats either very important, or that exciting, so many other ways to transfer documents these days. But yeah surely they cant keep doing it, and like you say, go find another job if they dont like it, we do
  14. Does anyone here work in advertising, or graphic design ? I need something that looks semi professional made, it will consist of pictures and some text but I have realised its how its laid out and the look that makes the difference. Im willing to pay but cant afford huge amounts on this project, but if anyone thinks they can help send me a PM and I will discuss further what Im trying to achieve. Thanks guys......
  15. It does but it also has a timer that if you dont click restart later then it times out and does it anyway, anyway removed Firefox and its fine so re-installed now job done, still strange though.
  16. He sid he went to Ebay, looked for a van and then had a pop up, he said he didnt get chance to see what it was all about because as soon as he noticed it, it restarted....... Means I have to re-install Firefox now, grrrhhhhh....... Thanks though guys.......sometimes an ignorant person using laptops and net is more dangerous lol
  17. Bit of a weird one, today my housemate used my laptop, said he had a pop up informing him the laptop was restarting, now the only program that I know of that does this is Firefox. Anyway since that happened my laptop's wireless or local network connections couldnt see my router. Are there any known issues currently with maybe the latest Firefox update or something else I havent heard yet. I was adament to the Sky guy it wouldnt be Firefox and after removing it Im now showing connected so guess it was Firefox, but has anyone heard anything similar recently ?
  18. Dare I ask why you are in such a humourous mood Michael And Michael, Nike, Nikey (spelt phoneticly if thats right lol), Moo, Moot, its all the same lol And I thought it was Moo, because its like a cows opinion, it dont have one, or thats what I was told once
  19. As its my thread I can do what I like thanks......you had no constructive input into this thread, except a cow - well done and then trying to nit pick at Phills post....... And yes it has relevance, stop getting off topic and discuss what this thread was started to discuss, not what someones intensions was when they posted
  20. I was wondering when you would be along Michael lol But for once, thanks for the constructive tip, you beat Thorin
  21. By any chance was you at Norfolk Arena last sat in your MKIII ?
  22. YOU You obviously didnt read my first post because this wasnt a thread about quoting someone elses in put (when they are actually commented on the same subject) when you yourself havent had any input in this thread apart from a cow and now quoting someone else..... My mum used to always something and I think you should take note, "if you havent got anything good to say, then dont say......" yep you guessed it
