We talking about the aux belt still? If so it don't seem like an expensive/big job from what I've read?

Seems to just have started. Seems to be coming from around the auxillary belt area but can't tell exactly. Did a search and noticed this seems to be pretty common, especially when garaging the car up over the winter and not really driving it. Could it be anything to worry about? Can't remember it being there (or hadn't noticed it) until a few days back. From what I can gather some people think the belt may require changing as it is slack. Others seem to clear up once moisture etc seems to get out the air. Others like mine at the moment only seems to clear up after a 10/15 minute drive. Is it worth getting it looked at/worrying about, or is there an easy fix? Car runs sound, just a bit annoying that the squeak is so loud, makes the car sound poorly maintained to a by stander when just having a short run out Dunno wether to just take it up to Envy for a quick once over... Any help appreciated

Have just whacked a set of 18s' on my Supe, however have no idea what pressures I should have them inflated to on front or rear? If relevant the tyres are 265/35/18 rear and 225/40/18 front. Also anyone got a clue what the 17" standard supe space saver should be inflated to? Anyone got any ideas? Ta muchly

Don't have any experience of having one mate. Was just hoping it might stop my mat creeping under the pedals Lookings like some velcro or something may be in order if it don't even work

Looking for the clip type thing that goes through the drivers floor mat to hold it in place, mine seems to have disapeared and is causing the mat to creep dangreously under the pedals. Anyone know a. wehat this part is called? b. If you have one and c. If not anyone know where to buy one of these? Cheers

Have just bought some of these wheel to replace my Rezax ones I had on my car Advan AVS VS-s 5s' as seen here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=48995 Very nice they are too. However considering someone stole two of my centre caps (chav barstewards!!) and I can't get replacements for them I have a query. The centre caps on these seem a standard plastic push fit type (unlike my rezax threaded screw in ones). Again though I have found myself thinking what if some little git trys to steal em (or in fact does steal them) are these easy to find replacements for??!! So what I'm wondering is is there any way of securing these plastic caps to stop you from taking them off while the wheel is on the car? Any ideas?

Wanting to swap my wheels over tomorrow Just wondering if it is possible to use the standard scissor jack with Toyota OEM side skirts? After doing a search I've read conflicting views on it?

I just did the outside which cleaned them up loads. You can do the insides as well, but to do this you got to take the lights out and pop em in the oven to get the covers off which I didn't fancy myself. To be honest the fronts came up loads better after 2 / 3 applications just doing the outside. Before and afters below... Yeah knock was in my works car. Assumed it would go off there insurance but just didn't know what I have to declare to my insurance (if anything). Do I declare an accident, or is that only applicable to accidents on my own policy? Never even considered this in the 8 or so years I've had a company car and my own car as well to be honest!!

Just had a knock in the company motor today...; but my boss being anal has decided to claim on it instead of sorting it out himself. Basically had a slight arguement with a 6 inch high bollard, just rear sill damage nowt major.. Having never had a bump before either in any of my own cars or the company car I have a query. I have 7years personal NCB. What happens with this if the company makes a claim? I'm assuming I will have to tell my insurer that I've had a knock but it won't effect my personal no claims, just have to be declared as an accident I have had in the past 3 year? Anyone been in a similar situation and know what the crack is? Would have spoken to my insurance co but sadly theey closed at 5.30

My N/A is pretty standard in that when I turn her over the revs are at about 2k and slowly drop over a minute or two until it idles at around 800revs. However when giving the car a clean today I noticed that when I turn the steering wheel, the revs go up to about 1000/1100 then drop straight away as soon as I stop turning the wheel. Isn't doing any harm I don't think? Just wondered if this was normal behaviour?
