  2. I have now stripped down my hvac and replaced all the foam on the flap doors. It was very dirty inside and the foam on the flaps was in a state of disintegration. As you can see some of the flaps were very difficult shapes and making the new foam replacement pieces was time consuming. I had to first strip the foam and the old glue of the flaps. This was relatively straight forward. I then made a foam template in paper, then transfered it to card. These were adhered to the flap with 3M 90 high strength adhesive.   7. She’s booked into srd tuning start of September for her manual swap going brand new r154 box with stage 3 clutch ready for single turbo conversion. things I will be doing is a refresh of the underside , coilovers then possibly some bucket/sports seats

  8. Few pics of the car so far in the bodyshop still in there for a few weeks . Windows out new seals and new hockey sticks all round with new badges and she’s going super white

First thing I did was to get the headlights back to being clear as I was waiting her her to go into the bodyshop and I also started stripping the interior ready for the respray and new complete sound system update some before and after of the lights they weren’t that bad but still wanted better

  10. Just drying out the car with an industrial heater and a heat gun and came out the heat for a while so made a little montage first one ever so it’s not the best and had to restart a YouTube channel as I can’t remember my password for the original

  13. Afternoon All, So another video today from Matt at M H Bodywork, diffuser, mirrors, TRD end pieces all painted and looking lovely. That I believe is all the smaller stuff done now, so only the shell left to paint before we can start re-assembly. Can’t wait! Love the two tone on the diffuser, pretty sure that’s another unique touch that should really pop when it’s all back together. Enjoy your weekends all. IMG_1283.MP4
