Garage Whifbitz Supra 765bhp at the wheels
I took the car to the dyno today, I've had enough of the problems the car has on Dyno Dynamics dyno's with wheel spin so thought I'd try a Dynopak out. So off to AET Turbos http://www.aetturbosonline.co.uk/ today, no problem at all, 4 runs one after the other all spot on, easy, thats more like it.
Now I have some proper data to compare to when I fit the twin wastegate setup and then the Bullseye S368 turbo. The car made 765.3 bhp & 623lb/ft torque at the rear wheels on only 1.35bar boost, using the power loss of 15% that gives around 880bhp at the flywheel. No funny fuel being used either, just Shell V-Power straight from the pumps. Obviously loads more power/torque to come with more boost and now I have a dyno that can take the power runs we can spend some time tuning it in. You can see on the dyno graph there's a big chunk missing in the midrange, some more ignition timing there should sort that out. ![]() ![]() ![]()
