Dnk Posted December 4, 2019 Share Posted December 4, 2019 I used this company to buy some parts from https://www.cartech-one.co.uk/en Ordered two parts with no quibble free returns policy so i thought perfect I didn't need 1 part in the end so sent it back using their free returns system, Royal Mail tracked/signed for, they had the part back on the 26th Nov but have only just agreed that they have actually received it. Still no refund of £125.00 to which i've now asked for 5 times, tried calling them twice no answer. Next step Paypal claim Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
