I have picked up an AEM v2 for my NA-T with an auto A340e box.

 

It seems my best option is to keep the factory ECU running the auto box and have the AEM control everything else.

 

Is there a guide out there on how to do this or can someone give me a little direction?

I have spent a fair while searching and came up empty, any input is appreciated.
