Getting some knocking/ thudding sound when i turn the car on. When its warm and at idle its fine. Any ideas?

2JZ-GE auto, has a new fuel pump...ecu...sometimes it laggy at 30mphs...but no knocks. Timing is fine as the water pump was recently done. New igniter...dizzy cap and arm. All tuned nicely. Tps and icv are good

I had a knock on start up issue on an auto car that was tracked down to the cooling fan would brush the transmission oil cooling pipes for a minute or so after startup, then it'd go. I bent one, the oil return pipe at the bottom of the radiator down a little and that solved my problem.

Nah mine are clear, the lower curved rad shroud was loose but still has a slight thud enough to vibate the car
