I was just wondering who is with virgin and how do you rate them I like there TV package but there customer service is well shit as far as I’m concerned. Just wondered if it’s the same for mobile.. Annabella Posted September 2, 2019 Share Posted September 2, 2019 I tried Virgin Mobile about 5 years ago and their Customer service was poor, subsequently cancelled within the 14 days and went to Tesco Mob, whether they're any better now is another matter. AndyJax Posted September 2, 2019 Share Posted September 2, 2019 Funnily enough dumped Orange when they were our internet provider and left us in the shit for 6 weeks with no internet connection when we had an issue which they didn't seem to want to resolve. I'm with Virgin mobile contract at the mo and their customer service can be hit and miss.Sometimes you get people from the UK and sometimes from abroad.
