Both my Supras had same issue, and red triangle was on constantly till I removed the module from behind the dash. So in all honesty I would spend the 5 mins it takes to remove the module, if it even takes 5 mins, it is located behind the stereo. Then that’s one less issue to list for 5 mins work.
