Does anybody know which p/n is the right one for the overhaul kit? There are basically four to choose from: 0449314160 CYLINDER KIT, BRAKE MASTER 04493 JZA80 1 05.1995 - 05.1996 0449330241 CYLINDER KIT, BRAKE MASTER 04493 JZA80 FR;235/45,RR;255/40 1 03.1998 - ... 0449330240 CYLINDER KIT, BRAKE MASTER 04493 JZA80..RZS,SZ,SZR FR;235/45,RR;255/40 1 05.1996 - 03.1998 0449314160 CYLINDER KIT, BRAKE MASTER 04493 JZA80..RZS,SZ,SZR 1 05.1996 - ... The pedal is very soft even though the system has been bled a couple of times. What are the affects if I dont have the bigger cylinder and bigger 4/2 pot brakes? A smaller dia BMC needs more travel to move the same amount of fluid, therefore the pedal travel would increase as well and probably feel a bit softer. Just keep bleeding, mine was was a source of frustration for ages, and then as if by magic a slug of air came out the 4th of 5th attempt on one of the back lines, and hey presto, decent brakes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
