Hi all, finally decided to sell my 1996 6 speed manual twin turbo.

81k miles

I have owned it since 2006 and I am the second UK owner ( first owner imported it himself in 2005).

I drove it for four years and took it off the road in 2010. As I took a job in London and train commuting and shift work meaning not enough time to enjoy it.

Since being off the road it has been stored in my friends garage sitting next to his cosworth.

After a few years in the garage sitting next to his gleaming car I decided I needed him to paint mine. As paint work was looking tired and few scratches were bugging me. So we got new bumper and set him to work.

He has been spraying for 20 years in main dealer bodyshop and can say everything has been done to high standards.

I was stunned when he pulled it out, she was gleaming.

He has Always turned it over every now and then moving it around to stop things seizing up.

Its been tastefully modified with

Top secret front bumper , Do luck rear.

TRD Bonnet.

Euro spec Glass headlights.

Full custom exhaust from Hayward & Scott (massive in the Scooby world).

Pro logic traction control, with launch function.

Greddy turbo timer with boost control.

19' Kahn wheels freshly refurbished.

KAD red 6 pot calipers with up rated grooved discs. Braided hoses all round.

Clifford 650 CAT 1 alarm with total closure.

Brand new Tein coilovers front and rear.

Apexi Air filter.

Currently has a custom Sony install x2 12`subs. Plus all speakers upgraded. (Boot install can be removed if not to taste without damage).

Just serviced

12 months M.O.T

Looking for offers of around £26,000

Thank you for the advice, the car has never given me any mechanical problems since I bought it in 2006. But I understand what your saying. It makes senses, I need to concider how old the car is and have now tried to reflect this in the price.

Cheers

To help you out I'd look at how some others have structured their adverts.

I suspect if you've owned it for so long you'll have lots of info to add. Such as step by step chronological order of servicing and work done together with pics of engine and interior too. This would go a long way to justify your asking price.

I’ve had a few people asking for pics of underneath.

I took it to my mates shop and up on the ramp.

Before and after pics before Schutz. To show I’m not hiding anything.

Being an import they don’t have much underneath. So a little coat for extra protection isn’t going to hurt.

Hi Andre, Great looking car and the mileage looks genuine. The pics for the underside of the body are not good, all be it the floor pan is rust free etc.

Some will say you are asking top dollar for the car, but this is the direction these rare beasts are going in, be patient, i sold my deceased brother's car 18 months ago, 94 black, twin turbo , import, 45,000 miles, for just under £20k. Be patient and don't drop your asking price. Herbie.

Thank you, sorry to hear about your brother.

I Will hold out for the right price, as you say ones like these are becoming rare.

Shame these are the only pictures I could get on a 4 post flatbed lift. But can assure everyone it’s a solid car.
