BPU TT6 Dyno run

Engine Type - TT

Engine Spec - 264 Tomei Cams & Greddy intercooler

Turbo - Stock

Fuel Used - 95 Pump fuel

Exhaust - HKS Hi power Silent & First decat, 2nd aftermarket cat is in (Brand unknown)

Transmission - V160

ECU - Stock with Sard Analyse ROM

Power figure - 400hp

Torque figure - 376 ftLb

Boost Pressure - 1.2 bar

 

As expected Fuelling is all over the place, running very rich on Idle, a little lean on partial load and a little rich on Full Load; the out come over time will be Borewash (Fuel Contamination in the oil resulting in eliminating the lubrication of oil from critical components like the trust, big end bearings)

 

Time to pull the trigger on a full standalone ECU with O2 Wideband sensor to get fuelling spot on

Motec LTC Wideband controller and Bosch LSU 4.9

 

Running in Sequential

 

Final Run was 424hp @ 1.3 Bar and 431.9 ftlb Torque, Rev limit set to 7100 from Stock 6800rpm on 95 octane fuel
