Let me know if you need any help with that, as I had to convert my Lexus steering wheel one to work with the Supra ECU, so I might have info that could help

I'm mostly just a lurker and fairly new to these forums but my interest is piqued. I Stumbled upon this thread while looking at a 420G 6MT swap for my 2000 Lexus GS300.....this seems way better though. Anybody have an idea of what it would take to get this swap to work on my car? Obviously the trans, conversion kit, Syvecs ECU, LSD, BMW Gear Lever and possibly trans tunnel fab work. Am I missing anything? And is this even possible on my car?

Hi, I just discovered your post through research and am very intrigued.
I'm looking at building a Supra for the track but regulations don't allow me to have more than 6 forward gears.
Was there another gearbox that you were considering which would be similarly inexpensive to fit to the Supra?
Also is the Syvecs ECU essential, or could a Motec system be utilised?

    Hello,

This is amazing work. I have a UK Auto Supra that I picked up while serving overseas but the car is back in America. Are any American shop able to perform this upgrade?

    Thank you!

Hi, you would need to find someone who map Syvecs over there, should be plenty who can.

    Thanks

Thank you. I am about a year away from returning to the US. My plan is to purchase the kit while I am here and take it back with me as I piece together the other components. Did you have to modify or swap the drivetrain in the auto Supra?
