Update

 

Went on aother dyno session a few weeks ago, major change is the addition of the boost controller which makes a massive difference to performance. Other changes are in bold.

 

Engine Type - TT

 

Engine Spec - JSpec, Stock Injectors, Walbro 255 pump, HKS FCD, Front Mount Intercooler with 3" pipe work cold side and 2.5" hot side

 

Turbo - CR Rebuilt JSpec Turbo (to stock specification)

 

Fuel Used - Shell V-Power

 

Exhaust - NUR SPEC R with double decats and 1.1 bar restrictor

 

Transmission - Stock Twin Turbo Auto

 

ECU - Stock, Greddy OLED Booost Controller (running 1.28BAR for this session)

 

Mapped By - N/A

 

RS TUNING IN LEEDS - DYNO DYNAMICS

 

Power figure - 399.7 HP Fly

 

Torque figure - 430 ft lb

 

Boost Pressure - 1.28 Bar

 

Need to do another run at 1.4BAR, I want to probably setup my boost controller so will book a session in at a Dyno

Big difference in the torque.

 

Much more like it :D

 

yep feels good, didnt think it would be that much of a difference but it is! Its also ironed out a few flat spots I had before or hesitation, I think because its bypassed some VSV which may have been slightly faulty

You have to be in Manu mode with O/D off. Start with the revs as low as you can, avoiding kickdown

 

Hmm....Does that mean I have to put my traction control fuse back in? I pulled it out as soon as I bought the car lol.

 

Also I have a hi stall torque convertor installed. Will that make it trickey?

 

I read something once about earthing out a pin on the ECU to get it to hold in 3rd gear?
