Both look great. I obviously prefer the kansai as the top car is mine ;)

Not so sure on a white car though :)

Ive found the same thing, I have an RMM lip with ears atm, 95% of the time I love it, the odd time I look at it, something bothers me, cant quite figure out what. The kansai looks really nice on James' car, there have been other photos ive seen where it resembles a hookers hanging parts :D

For the Kansai lip, you could make a Ground level splitter to go across middle and even it out a bit, maybe in carbon? I think that would look nice and be different. Or you could plastidip it, don't do matt though - got to be gloss!

Me personally, I would choose the RMM without the ears (they have grown on me though) and keep it black. Only problem with that is, at night time, it looks like a completely stock bumper with no lip, and it doesn't suit the supe, looks too squashed from the front. Got to get the balance right lol
