    Scotts 900BHP DCT 7 Speed Top Secret Supra build!

    Scott's brought his car in to us after its been stood for over 2 years to sort through a big list of issues and some serious modifications to be added. The car is now going to go through a serious transformation and updating, out with the 23 year old autobox and in with the latest tech BMW 7 Speed DCT gearbox. Out with the old HKS T51 turbo kit and in with the latest EFR 9180 v band turbo we are developing. Along with the following:

    * Engine was full of water! So full engine rebuild using a brand new block and crank from Toyota, Carillo rods, Mahle pistons, rebuilt CNC ported cylinder head with shimless buckets
    * Full custom rewire of the engine loom and engine bay
    * Replace entire fuel system to run E85 fuel, Asnu 1500cc injectors, Goodridge Gline braided hoses, Fuelab filters, PHR pump hanger with 3x Walbro 450LPH pumps
    * Full engine bay smooth/paint and wire tuck.
    * Hypertune inlet

    More updates to come as we do it...

    Found the reason why the car wouldn't start, the fuel has melted the fuel lines in the tank along with the fuel filters, so basically the whole fuel system is scrap pretty much.

    So we chucked a fuel pump in the tank just to get it started and found a small issue with the engine, its full of water! 10 litres of water/oil came out of it!

    Why was the engine full of water? Could even a head gasket failure cause that? Surely a more likely reason would be damage to the block?

    It was left outside for about 2 years with a vented bonnet and water got into the engine....

    Engine out of the car

    Quite a bit of corrosion and it doesn't look too good in the sump!

    Why is the front bumper fiberglassed on, what a pain.

    Car has good potential though looking forward to the end result!

    I have no idea why it was done like this, something else we've got to rectify while its here. Its not looking too pretty behind the bumper either, all will be revealed soon....
