  1. Thats some crazy but interesting work done. Congrats, supra body kit looks lovely as well. Could almost say, it is only short of a TRD modified 3sgte engine with the way the interior looks. Would like to hear how this car handles on a track after the cage installation.
  2. Was wondering the same thing on my car as it has a Toyota p/n on it. Didn't know it used the radiator as well as a second mount oil cooler to cool the trans oil
  3. This response was very helpful. Thank you TrickTT
  4. That came together lovely after the initial strip and paint work a long with everything else you refurbed, repainted and replaced. Well done
  5. Was going through this and checked the dates. I was shocked, thought to myself, who on earth dug up one from the archives, but the more I went through the build progress, the happier I was. Sad to see you sold it. Do you know where it is today and if she still looks the same? Beautiful transformations this car had under gone. Congrats on building something unique. That paint, wheel, engine bay, body kit, damn, real stunner of note.
  6. Lovely indeed just like me cup of tea. I do enjoy seeing that colour option on UK spec cars. Congrats on restoring her.
  7. Thank you Homer and Chingy. Ah thats always the case but hey, its your wife and it better her driving it then anybody else unless it was your son but he still has some years of growth to cover. Thanks again
  8. Hey Col. Please help me out here mate. In the second photo, there is a bracket on the bottom left corner under the air hose pipe. What is the part number to this as well as the function or where was it mounted. I have the similar looking bracket I think but cannot fathom where it goes. Really shocking you took a 1000hp car and restored it to factory settings but if I were you, I'd have done the same. Especially this being an S2 model RSP car, happens to be one of my favourite colours. I am glad you even managed to fit the OEM wheels. All the best to your young lad and the future of your'lls supras. Congrats and thanks for sharing this restoration with us. SRD are really a professional shop that anyone should send their supra to.
  9. Does the forum allow porn? Because thats all I see here. Stunning in black really justice done to this car man.
  10. Pleasure Chingy. Ah I see, nice to have family over there. Must help out with a lot of things I hope. Yeah just waiting now on the wheels, gent is busy with building and construction so he gets delayed. Its been 2 months now but I trust the guy but I am awaiting them eagerly to fit on my non running car lol. Haven't been here for long but have been before Covid started and I agree with you. I still feel this place is better than FB or any other place. I have had help from one or two OG on this site. I was grateful that they could assist me. Keep it up mate, look forward to the final product once its all OEM again.
  11. Thats a swell ride. I bought meself a set of them wheels and I am awaiting my friend to send it over from his state of our country over to mine. How did your friend manage to get all the add on information or dealer options for you? I admire you for making a true and rare gem like this look OEM again. Well done mate. This is another reason why, despite me not living or having ever visited the UK, I love this forum. Managed to get a few things off of here for my car from some incredible people. You have attributed to this feeling by showing me what a REAS system is. I have heard of it on certain model Toyotas, the supra and soarer being one of them but never in my life knew there was a motor attached to the hydraulics on the shocks for this. Really cool to have this on a rare supra. One day I hope to have that colour on one of my supras.
  12. Hey there Krimi, well done on the engine resto and the interior. Loving those seats. Any ideas excatly what the company did on the turbos? Want to conduct the same here in my country but unsure if they would know what all needs to be done except perhaps bore the housing and change the wheels for billet ones and probably port and flow the inlet and outlets of them? Keep it up. Nice to see this is an RZ with a targa roof. Then again, most of them LHD supras had that option if it was indeed a targa. My 2c worth :-)
  13. I have one mate. You can pm me an offer for it and we can work from there. Please note you would have to cover paypal services as well as courier.
  14. Nice work mate. Congrats once again. Any chance you would share the diagrams you made or is there a fee for your hard work?
  15. @griffsplace ah I see noted mate. Maybe I will trouble you for some later. Still no idea what I am gona do yet. @Big Markthat really looks good mate. What did it set you back to make them? Modelling time, electricity, plastic material? Those look great. Remember when I was hunting them in Japan for my RZ model as Toyota told me its discontinued. Will await the final piece after you done. Your flappy pedals are for the tip tronic RZ setup? Or you running a BMW DCT trans?
