  1. Just a small hint for those who take the painting seriously and like to mix to get the perfect colour, these have been invaluable to me! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40-New-3ml-Pipettes-Droppers-Graduated-0-5ml-UK-/230798136374?pt=UK_BOI_Medical_Lab_Equipment_Lab_Supplies_ET&hash=item35bca41436
  2. Ha ha, I kept it vague as I wanted to be the first to post and get it right, but no one else is really online anyway, ha ha. But yeah, it's the AP30's, used to be fairly popular on heavily modified Max Power kinda cars due to mainly coming in a chrome effect, but they can actually look really nice and presentable though, as shown on yours!
  3. I also have one sitting next to me, been busy collecting paints and other equipment before I start building it though, I will definitely be posting pictures though!

    Inflation

When people run out of stock they bump the price right up to stop people buying, rather than removing the ad.
  5. I got an N/A Manual for £975. Perfect working order, 53,000 miles, and only needs a few things doing to it because it's veilside kitted.
  6. The way you have phrased that makes out like you think it comes with the gauges? Which it does not. Of cause I could be mistaken, and you already know this, and now I look like a pleb... Ha ha Either way, it does not come with gauges, and when you have the gauges, I can't see it being to complicated to wire them up and fit them!
  7. Thanks for that guys, really tempted to buy it, just don't have the funds yet. And the the blue 'Supe, I can't stand any of it, I really don't know why someone would do that... Baffles me. But suppose everyone has different tastes 'n all.
  8. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/STUNNING-WIDEBODY-SUPRA-TWIN-TURBO-PRICE-DROP-/321032054432?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4abf0066a0 Doing my usual browse of eBay to see what's out there, and came across this... First time ever seeing this kit, and it made me wonder... "Who on earth sits there, and designs something like this and thinks; yeah, that looks good... " Seriously, it's so... Ugly! *unique* ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Separate post/questions, rather than making a new thread: Anyway, while I am here, I have a question, a very hard to answer question, but a question non-the less. A clean, 95 NA - TT supra, still on the W58 gearbox, low(ish) miles, well looked after and well/recently serviced, how much would you expect to pay? *Car in question -
  9. Definitely not that, I removed the spoiler (Failside) last month, after it was removed the holes were silicone'd up then duct tape over the top just to make sure (Car isn't being driven at the moment) I am off work Sun/Mon, so if it's not raining the car will be getting stripped out to find this damn culprit. The thing that still get's me, I know there must be a major leak, or some stagnant water somewhere, but the car doesn't smell at all. There is no fresheners masking anything, so I would have though this amount of mould would cause a bad smell, apparently not. Anyway, I checked most the suggestions here, but I will be checking them again thoroughly when I get the chance too, hopefully over the next few days, so thanks for all the suggestions.
  10. Just my opinion, but I don't think people realise the actual difference between a lot of expensive items, and the cheaper knock-off versions of them. Of cause this isn't just about Turbo's, but they are of cause included. I think people don't realise how cheap the likes of Turbo's actually are to manufacture, they aren't expensive, and they are fairly simple in the grand scheme of things. The price of the well branded turbos mostly comes from, well, the brand. That and the fact that said brand has put a lot of money into developing and testing their turbos, increasing the price by quite a lot. So when a cheaper company comes along and copies the branded turbos, they are essentially the same, just without the price of branding, development, ect ect. I think the problem with some (probably a lot) of the cheaper turbos is that the quality isn't as good, but this is now going back to how simple it is to make them. So it wouldn't be hard to just take someone elses design, and still build it to a good standard. This is most likely what a lot of companies, like XSPower do. Making their turbos very cheap due to not having to design them, but not necessarily making them crap.

    Puddles!!

We had REALLY bad flooding here yesterday, thankfully I was home all day and didn't have to go out in it, already know a few who possibly hydrolocked their cars, but didn't have tools with them to remove sparkplugs. Also my mate has a video of him in a wet suit down on the road he lives, it was past his knees! So sod driving through that!
  12. No food in that car that I know of apart from sweets, lol. But it is now all clean looking but just doesn't feel nice to sit in due to knowing how bad it was. Haven't been able to find any damp patches or water, and the heater matrix is fine. The car will now be getting stripped out, I was wanting to dye the carpets anyway so I now have an excuse to take them out. Hopefully when everything is removed I will be able to find the culprit. Until I get the time to remove everything, I have bought the moisture boxes linked above, and will be keeping them in the car, and I will probably disconnect the battery and leave the windows slightly open (Car automatically locks and shuts windows) as it is indeed safe to do so. Thanks for all the responses guys, hopefully I will have it properly sorted soon!
