Ive got two machine mart ones, one mega heavy duty one and a lighter duty one. Both worked perfectly well. I never had a problem rotating a 2jz fully dressed engine on either stand. If youve got the storage space the U shape legs one is mega stout

I think that petrol stations may start at closing at a tipping point or start repurposing as mass charging stations. Could petrol prices increase as electric cars grow in number.. I wonder what the gov will do about shortfall in tax from fuel sales over the years too -

Manual and auto ECUs are different. I just sold a SARD which is essentially the same but the auto version for £350 but that was cheap. A lot of auto ecus out there have issues now and it shows up as problems with the auto box or any other manner of weird faults.

Its a bit awkward to get to but is removable no worries . You won't get enough slack by just removing the bolts and will probably damage something. Just remove it and as mentioned use an allen key to lock it, then rebolt it on

I dont see any benefit to using electric. The micro power loss from a viscous is probably offset by its cooling abilities anyway. My electric fans used to be hammering away in traffic and we hardly get hot weather over here. I cant see how people in Florida manage with them!

I had electric twin spals and the cooling was crap compared to the OEM viscous fan. For my next build I will use OEM viscous and OEM shroud, and a good race radiator. Others views may differ! Also, I had a fan relay issue and only noticed when my temps shot through the roof in traffic, this would not happen with the viscous as its mechanically driven

Labour is always a strong part of the bill in a proper engine build. If you do any head work etc, valves cams the price soon balloons
