  1. I'm glad someone has bought this and has found some use for the car!
  2. to be fair. I would prefer to have 2 broken legs than for this to have happened. My legs would heal, that car won't =/
  3. hey all, sorry to say. This was me. I'm the fat ugly twat with the long hair and beard. I was driving from my work place in Wolverton. coming from Featherstone Road to Ridgeway towards the Greenleys roundabout. (that road is a 60). I was in second gear, just into boost. Clutch in, brakes on like I have done hundreds of times (sometimes in the NA so not as exciting) and tried to brake and I didn't slow down. I then panicked a bit as there were cars in front. Moved to the otherside of the road as there were no cars coming, right at the end one was coming round so had to turn back a bit to the left. Here is where it happened - https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.056611,-0.828547,17z This is kinda the view I had, although there were a couple more cars in front as it was lunch time. You see the triangle bit in front, I hit the right hand side of that. kept going straight into the roundabout. that brick work is a lot bigger than it looked. That launched me in the air, came down and it rolled me twice. It turns out one of the cars I avoided was someone from where I worked and has no idea how I didn't hit a car, lamp post, sign or anything. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.0574968,-0.8269544,3a,75y,60.76h,83.37t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sZ2IM4jwUba7BXKQeLaUpUQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656 I'm more gutted than anyone that this has happened. That car was my pride and joy
  4. Congrats dude. I bet it's going to be a beast! Might almost be as fast as a well tuned supra haha
  5. The suspension is Bilstein yellow shocks Stock springs R2 Racing Bushes I want to upgrade the anti role bars though. It has a high speed wobble that feels a little odd.
  6. It really is easy to spend vast amounts of money on cars! I suck at spending my money though. Brakes is what I need first and foremost. It's kinda dangerous having standard j-spec... I'm going to do brakes for the moment and maybe leave it as that... maybe
  7. Just the Ferrea valve guide seals as far as i'm aware
  8. I have a lightened flywheel of some sort. It works well for me though. Can you get these new?
  9. I will have to have a loot. It currently runs an RPS Streetmax clutch The other thing I was going to update was the ECU maybe?
  10. Do you still have this clutch? I have one in my car at the moment and like it a lot. Don't see many of these around now?
  11. Sounds pretty awesome to me! I hope none of you guys is the one that goes to the car meet thing up Milton Keynes near the National Rail building.. if so.. your not allowed to come! lowering yourself to their standards.. you are better than that!
  12. I haven't got a clue unfortunately. I know it was bought from Garage Whifbitz back in 2007 for £60 (have a lot of invoices)
  13. Hey all, I have one of the forums old cars that a lot of people here have owned. I was wanting to update a few things on it. What would people recommend? Turbocharger & Induction: BoostLogic T67DBB single DEI T4 Turbo blanket XS Power manifold and wastegate GReddy 3-row FMIC HKS SSQ BOV K&N Cone Airfilter Fuel, Tuning & ECU: Apexi PowerFC Power Enterprise 800cc injectors Aeromotive FPR Walbro pump Blitz SBC-IDIII Boost Controller Thor delimiter Ferrea valve guide seals It runs 545bhp at the 1.35 bar. I'm sure I can up the boost with not much issue. It still pulls like a train, but it's been running this system since 2007. Need to modernise it a little? Or not? Many thanks
  14. I have done the same thing. I have 2. an NA Aerotop and a 6 speed single turbo ^_^
