  1. http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/asp/dealoftheweek.asp
  2. That would be interesting, I would like to see that myself.
  3. wait and see the next supra to hit he dust
  4. I despair at some of you guys on here... Mrs H simply shared a nasty experience and certain individuals decided to have a pompous "pop" at her....... If she had a few thousand posts behind her I think the response may different.
  5. Does he (the Skyinsurance guy) actual own or have any interest in Supras ?? other than getting business from this club.....
  6. Cat D on a new car = BAD NEWS Cat D on an old car could be due to VERY minor yet auite expensive damage. A Supra of this age would become a cat D if somebody scratched the bonnet doors and roof , as the respray costs make the car an uneconomical write off..... A newer more valuable car would simply be repaired, end of
  7. Could simply be a bargain for a quick sale. Its got to be worth a look at and a drive. Its not ridiculously cheap , a friend brought an na recently for £2600, not quite as smart looking as this one but a bit newer and that car was fine and drove very well...
  8. so in effect you need a replacement pickup gearbox, could be tricky.
  9. Nothing personal but I hate buses and most bus drivers I have come into contact with. Makes me laugh , it says on buses "please let my bus out" on the buses, yeah right, cant remember the last time a bus let me out. Perhaps I should put a sign on my car saying " please let my car out". I make a point of NEVER giving way or letting a bus out anywhere otherwise I will be stuck behind the bloody thing for miles as it stops at every bus stop on route. Anyway , who the hell would want to catch a smelly bus, Id rather walk and besides if there is 2 or 3 going on the same trip its FAR cheaper / cleaner / safer and faster to catch a taxi...fact
  10. I know quite a few licencees and they have told me that since the ban trade has been affected. At first there was no difference as the smokers wanted to go to the pubs in order to moan and groan and stand outside in the sunshine, the novelty has now worn out . People are now drinking at home more especially as it gets colder. However some pubs that rely mainly on food sales have found that trade has slightly risen. 10-12 million people smoke in the UK A person's age, whether they visit pubs and even their marital status is closely connected to the likelihood that they smoke. By age group, it is 20- to 24-year-olds who are most likely to light up, with about a third considered smokers. As people get older they become less likely to smoke, with the rate falling to 14% for the over 60s. About four out of 10 people who visit pubs smoke, and there is a strong link between smoking and social group, according to the Office for National Statistics. Manual workers and their families are almost twice as likely to smoke as those with a managerial or professional background (31% compared with 17%). And people living together are twice as likely to smoke as those who are married (35% compared with 18%). Across the country, the greatest proportion of smokers is found in the North East (30%).
  11. Its a nice car, maybe the black bonnet is putting some folks off, also (being picky now) but the wheels in the photos look quite dirty with brake dust, it a small point that people should see past , but its the attention to detail that gives the right impression to buyers. Good car though mate and should sell very quickly to somebody after a bargain.
