  1. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?236536-Stock-Viscous-Fan
  2. Fan & clutch assembly. All good working order, only removed to go electric. £50 + p&p
  3. Undamaged ally beam and white foam which fit behind the front bumper. £40 + p&p.
  4. I've got a clock (no harness though) out of a '96 facelift. Not sure the date's relevant, as long as it's from a facelift?? Let me know if you're interested. Now sold.
  5. I've got a facelift ashtray out of my '96 vintage Supra. The visible surface is scratch free, but being hyper critical there's a couple of areas of the coating (about the size of a match head) rubbed off the back edge of the lid. I think this is hidden below the level of the console when installed. I've tried to show this in the photo. Not sure what they're worth, so I'll let you guys offer away....... Now sold.
  6. *SOLD* Time to sell the Supra, as I need the money. July 1996 Facelift Auto with Bomex front bumper fitted MOT till July 2010, taxed till end of Nov 2009. Mileage 102,000, with old MOTs to back it up. I've owned it since 2006, bought with 86k mile on the clock. It was imported in 2003 with 84k km's (52k miles) backed up by the Japanese export docs showing the condition as 4. Mods :- FCD Electric cooling fan fitted, stock fan available if required. AEM AFR gauge Oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, trans temp, boost, exhaust temp gauges fitted (and working!) Twin 25row transmission coolers 13 row PAS fluid cooler Battery (new 18 months ago) relocated to the boot Front brakes ducted for cooling Exhaust: Kakimoto cat back (with a tail pipe baffle if required) 1st and 2nd decats fitted, both cats available (passes MOT with just the 2nd cat fitted, so simple job for the MOT) Restrictor ring fitted Brakes: Full brand new UK set-up fitted March '08 (3,000 miles ago) (cost over a £1,000) Goodridge braided hoses Dot 5.1 fluid Suspension: Tein SuperStreets fitted March '08 (3,000 miles ago) (cost over a £500) Wheels & tyres: 18" Integral GT1s Front Potenzas have plenty of tread left, rear ZZ3s are brand new. Other stuff: Stock air filter Trickle charger included GT636/444 alarm (with 2 fobs for remote locking / alarm, and 2 keys and fitting certificate for insurance) Service history: I've got some service history including new cam belt at 85k. Since I've owned it I've serviced it myself with Mobil 1 / filters every 3,000 miles, changed the diff oil, PAS fluid and done 2 short changes of the gearbox oil (plus over 1 litre of new oil to fill the coolers). New water pump, and rad fitted a year ago. New front to rear stock fuel lines fitted due to corrosion March 07(see this thread for the problem area - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=140112) Bad bits (for honesty): Valve stem seals need doing at some stage, as sometimes get a puff of smoke on cold start up (normal for a Supra at this age). It's never needed an oil top up between services though, so uses no further oil. If I was keeping the car this wouldn't worry me, but I need to mention it. Right rear wheel bearing will need doing in about 10,000 miles time . MOT guy mentioned it and the 10k mile prediction (he looks after a couple of other local Supras, so has experience). Usual wear and tear on a 100,000 mile / 13 year old car. Heater control is temperamental on demist, but other than that the heater, blower and the aircon (just regassed) all work fine. Other than that, the car's a pretty good example I reckon. More pics available if required. I'm looking for £5,750 or close to it, which is a fair price I think. Mobile number 07787 785 318, daytime 01953 608 836, evenings and weekends 01692 538 037 or contact via PM. The cars in Norfolk, but I'm happy to meet half way at a convenient location for serious enquiries. More pic's available via email on request, just pm me. *SOLD* Cheers, Rob.
  7. Perhaps we should send this info to Bletchley Park?
  8. We can look forward to another overpriced Skoda as they release their version of the 911:innocent:
  9. ......or make a shield out of the correct material? http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=NIMG1C
  10. I'll let you know if it's any good.
  11. The sun might kill us all - a) in a few years time b) in a lot of years time (when it expands and engulfs the Earth) c) in even more years time when it dies and becomes a black hole Ok, I heard b and c somewhere else, but you get the gist. Until then - get the cigar on, it has, as LBM said, been good.
  12. Anybody been to this event previously? http://www.salonprivelondon.com/supercars.asp
  13. I've had this twice on my left knee, once in my 20's and again 18 months ago (aged 45). Similar experience to CJ. No major issues, up and about in 2 to 3 weeks.
  14. Just for info, I fitted brand new UK calipers and braided lines front and rear and chaged the fluid throughout. I used less than 2 litres of fluid.
