  1. Did you two ever leave? I can imagine you two stood in an empty field with a ragged tent and a boombox, living it large.

Hi @dom Please check the rules.
  3. FYI - I've cancelled now. Too much going on.
  4. An ex business partner of mine did an MBA. He went from being a reasonable guy to a theory know it all with zero experience. Guess how that turned out? MBA can open doors, but you can’t beat the experience of just doing it. Even better if you fail first (I’m told). Every day is a learning day. Practice humility, listen to your staff. It is them that make or break a business.
  5. Booked a hotel for it, so planning on making this if we can!
  6. Ever done a DiSC test? https://www.discprofile.com/what-is-disc/disc-styles They're really interesting and highlights why everybody is different. It really helped me to realise that some people I've worked with in the past aren't trying to be assholes (from my perspective), they're just made that way. I think for Jag you'd go with the standard cat rather than a picture of an oily Brummie with a spanner in his hand. The ovals concept doesn't really lend itself to anything obvious - which means it's wide open to interpretation. For anyone that didn't realise: How exciting. Toyota as a brand has never really embraced the concept of nurturing classics (recent half assed attempt of parts aside), I wonder if that's a cultural thing? They seem proud of their heritage, but equally keen to move on and embrace the future?
  7. I think that means you like it? I think they look great, I love that we have continuity in the design / style throughout our events. It's not my place, but I'd like to say a massive thank you as always @ellis for your huge time and effort with contributions like this to the club over the years. Tangent; I was looking at the covers of the Beastie Boys releases last night and thought what a horrible disjointed mess over time they were. Poor design, no continuity, no real brand identity. Not that it did them any harm.
  8. I've not seen that rear spoiler before, interesting...
  9. Alternatively https://www.gamiviti.com/seatparts How did you get on @Count3r?
  10. We all knew already…but it’s great to be once again be officially recognised as “Best Club” at Yakuza show today. Thanks to the efforts of @Burna, @wile e coyote, @tooquicktostop Burna : “I like to make everybody happy either organising something or entertaining, but I wasn’t expecting that” The organiser, Nigel said “they said they would bring a lot of cars, we didn’t believe them, but they pulled through with a string attendance of over 30 Supras” @Branners “Burna pulled his finger out and saved the day to get it organised with the help of the others to represent the club brilliantly” Congratulations also to @arnout won also best engine bay! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped to make it a huge success, cooks, pot washers, tidy uppers and everything else that goes on behind the scenes.
