  1. Like I say, it was so long ago I can't remember what the HKS was rated at. It should've been enough for what I needed but slipped like a bugger. It had a great feel to it and was real easy to use round town though. I put the rps twin in after because I knew that would be fine but it does snatch a lot. It surprises me the triple is more user friendly but I'm definitely considering changing it now after reading this. Great build btw, the attention to detail is outstanding!
  2. Don't know now what torque they rated it at. It was new out at the time so I had quite an argument with HKS Europe over it. They then removed the bhp and torque ratings from their website
  3. 750bhp, I think it was the GD Max but it just couldn't handle any torque. Had it rebuilt twice then gave up and put the rps on. Had that on now for 6 or 7 years and no rebuild.
  4. I have the rps twin and totally agree. The car was so much better when I had the HKS Twin but I was tearing through them in 2000 miles so changed. Is the triple really that much better / more user friendly? And worth the change from the twin?
  5. Thanks mate. I take my hat off to you, I know exactly how much work goes into building a custom kit like that.
  6. O sh1t mate, sorry to hear this. I hope Jun sort you out. This was truly an epic car!
  7. That's for a 16GB. The equivalent version of the ipad 2 is £559 new! Before you hijack someones for sale thread you need to get your facts right. Pet hate of mine posts like that in a for sale thread. Good luck with the sale imi.
  8. I've had a few problems with my Boost controller (HKS EVC 5) which has been on the car for around 6-7 years now. Turns out it's cur-f**ked

    Supra!

Oo nice, what offset are they
  10. Thanks guys. It's still at the workshop at the minute. Should be ready to be picked up next week. I've had the front raised a few mm as it was just that little bit too low so getting a full geo done at the same time. Then it'll be off to the paint shop for some tidy ups. I'm looking at a double garage to rent near me tomorrow so I can keep the car local as I only have space for 2 cars where I live.
  11. Car only needed a couple of tyres upfront for the MOT so decided on some R888's to match the rears
  12. I have a TO4Z and have done for years. sounds like he's being fobbed off to me.
  13. So, I took the afternoon off yesterday to take my car to the workshop so the fuel leak can be sorted and the car can be MOT'd. Here's some pics of it being loaded on to one of our trucks... Lifting frames in place... Slings on... and up she goes... Hopefully they won't have it too long. I might also get the front raised a few mil as it's just a little too low.
  14. Still says it's undergoing maintenance?!? It let me update the system but it doesn't seem to be up and running yet.
