  2. If you're on pistonheads, the homes, gardens and DIY section is great for this sort of things. Some very knowledgeable people on there who are always happy to answer questions like these

    Trolley jacks

I think mine is the SGS 2ton low profile. Car has OEM skirts and eibach lowering springs. Can't reach the sill jacking points without putting a block of wood on the jack first.
  4. I've got a set of 18" veilside Andrew racing Vs sat in the garage. Could do with a refurb, no idea on value
  5. I'm still young and foolish enough to buy old unreliable cars, even though I need cargo space. I've bought a forester sti as a daily. It's a bit more of a boat than the Supra, but pretty close in terms of performance.
  6. This is a very timely thread as my girlfriend is in a similar position. So this just plugs into your laptop via USB-C and you plug 2 hdmi monitors into it?
  7. Indeed they are. Received mine recently. Letter addressed to me from head of company. Confirming "key worker in critical sector". Companies taken steer from government so I guess plod would have access to a list of companies who are deemed to have critical workers.
  8. I would do this. Seen stuff sold cheap on here to then appear on Facebook with a mark-up. Frustrating how difficult it is to be kind nowadays.
  9. Just FYI, 2nd cats are the same between vvti and non. You might have more luck changing the thread title as the mention of vvti may stop people offering their standard TT cat, as they don't think it would be suitable.
  10. That's not a trivial amount of extra miles. It may be presented in better condition but is it really? Think of all the extra wear on components an extra 100kkm will do. You're 100kkm closer to big bills. 100% hold out for a refund. Also, that looks amazingly strong money. If I was looking to sell mine (which is a similar age RZ TT6 with less than half that mileage) I guess it's be up for similar or probably less money than that.
  11. Maybe they've improved since I last bought a TV, but the biggest thing for me was to go in and have a go with the remote. Both the remote itself and the operating system/menus can make a big difference to usability. Bit different if you're just gonna have it permanently on sky and then just use the sky box remote but things like Freeview guide, source selecting etc can be really clunky on some TVs.
  12. https://www.motor1.com/news/382748/1998-supra-for-sale-500k/amp/ Obviously the normal caveat of it being a for sale price not a sold price but still. Where will it end?!
