  1. Thanks bud, will look into that one
  2. Thanks buddy. Which top mount you referring to behind cam cover?
  3. 18" VR5 Manarays. Aging but still looking good
  4. This is an interesting detailed thread where I am trying to troubleshoot an intermittent boost problem I have had for a while. Whilst cruising at a constant speed for a while for example on motorway without using 2nd turbo and then I floor the throttle, the revs climbs up past 5k before the 2nd turbo decides to engage very gradually. If I back off the throttle and then repeat this again, the 2nd turbo comes on earlier as should. Seems issue is intermittent but frustrating when 2nd turbo does not engage when needed and revs climbs. Can this be VSV associated? I tested the IACV and EGBV ones which both click with 12v power applied
  5. Whilst removing the under tray, I noticed rotten loose pieces of metal falling out from beneath the rad area which I guess is the support panel? Is this difficult to repair?
  6. Front o/s lower arm suspension ball joint dust cover. A bugger because you generally have to replace the whole arm.

  8. Thanks bud. Glad its not just me! I managed to release it eventually. Had to remove the IC pipe next to it running up the throttle body for more room.
  9. Hi guys. Any one know of any reputable body shops near Hertfordshire/North London area to work on a Supra? Looking to have new skirting and a front lip fitted and sprayed, etc...
  10. Has anyone struggled with this plug? Whats best way to unplug ? Seems to be a pig after lots of fiddling and gentle force using tools but fear might damage plug: This is from a 1994 Jspec auto TT
  11. Thanks for all your replies guys. Problem sorted. The stupid connector behind the switch in the dash got disconnected somehow!
  12. No constant flashing in the dash for me. However I did hear a clicking noise several times when attempting to recharge the old battery using one of those clever trickle car battery chargers whilst still connected to the car. Maybe TC relay gone in box on driver side in the bay? I checked the red 7.5A fuse in the bay and was ok.
  13. The slip diff off bulb did come on alongside other bulbs when I turned the ignition on. When the engine is turned on the lights go out as required unless you press the traction control off button which doesnt seem to do anything for me. Could it be button failed?
  14. Hi guys. Appreciate your help. I just replaced the battery in my car which died. It was due for replacement too due to age. Also after a night of spirited driving with the turbos, the car was left off for over a week before battery replaced. After turning the ignition on all lights came on as required including the limited slip off one. After keeping the car started and pressing the Slip diff off button on the dash, the light does not come on any longer in the dash. This was working before. Any ideas if any fuse or any thing gone?
