  1. Here are some pics of what I have.. Slight newbie, so it will be nice if your replies are a little elaborate.. Some of the uploaded images seem to have rotated on their own.. Can't seem to get the orientation right..
  2. I've just got myself a 2JZGTE VVTi engine plus gearbox and ancillaries that have been taken out of a Lexus to install in my 94 NA Supra.. I've also been able to get hold of the wiring loom from the Lexus.. My question is.. Will I be able to use the Lexus VVTi wiring loom for the Supra or do I need to get one that is Supra specific?? Any help would be appreciated Btw, I've already spent the last couple of days searching this forum for the answer and couldn't find one.. Hence, this fresh post
  3. I think they're a bit big too. I assume, the guy who used to own it before me had little clue about the Supra itself. Even the wheels are cheap domestic ones which are very unreliable. I'm thinking of getting myself a set of Lenso CQ2 wheels. http://www.lensowheel.com/Lenso-Sub-Brand-list/?SubCatID=10004 Any thoughts if they're good? And yeah, you've gotta be ready to shed some cash to own a Supra in India considering the import duties which are almost 110% and the rarity of the car itself would result in paying well over £20,000 for a decent 16yr old NA Supra. And it is pretty scary to drive in Indian traffic and if you aren't careful enough, you'll just have to pray that the car is the only thing that is wrecked[sHOCK][/sHOCK]

  5. Here you go.. Some pics of my Prode & Joy
  6. Thanks Yeah, I've seen that thread and I requested the author to post the files again but there was someone else who had a copy of all the pictures and he's posted a link. Yup, will post them in a day or two Namaste (Although in my part of the country, we say "Vanakkam")
  7. I'm from Chennai. It's in Southern India
  8. Hi there! I'm a newbie here and looking to convert my auto na supra to tt. Your thread is very informative but the links to all the pics you have posted are dead. Is there anyway I can view those pics? I've got to do all the work myself and I've got very little experience and this thread was the only one I could find which had understandable info.
  9. Hello everyone, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place considering most of the members are either from the UK or Europe. I have a completely stock '95 Auto NA Jap spec Supra which I bought a year ago. I've already run it on the quarter mile doing a respectable 15.5 secs (I assume) with full weight and I would love to do a lot more with it. Here, there are probably around 20-30 Supras in the entire country and so, it is really difficult for me to source parts as I have to import every bit. I'm a newbie to performance mods (although I do know the bare basics of what each component does) so I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get a step-by-step guide on doing a turbo engine swap since we don't have many mechanics here who have that sort of knowledge and expertise. And any ideas on what I can do with it? I'm planning on using it as a weekend car which I might occasionally use for amateur racing events. Thanks
