    bye bye

Sounds like a good plan. Absolutly, I'll also be off once the account gets locked. Sold the Supra in April after 3 years, still visit and keep up with the odd post though. Best wishes to you all, I may well be back much later this year or possibly next as the business is really starting to get up to speed now.
  2. I quite often see them round here, parked in the central reservation on a dual carriageway with two tripods facing each way. They each have a black box a bit smaller than a shoe box on the top. About 1/4 mile away are a herd of traffic bikes & cars ready to pounce. I asumed it's speed as it's not exactly a slow road, but may be tax checking.
  3. You forgot the 4th catagory Used to have a Supra and still hang around!
  4. Crystal clear skies here near Heathrow.
  5. That is normal. I think it's to ensure that the throttle closes fully when you take your foot off. If there was no slack the springs may not be able to close if all the way.
  6. I bet them crows are terrified after reading that - I know I would be
  7. Are these all on the section off to the top right of the dash? If so, it's a fairly common problem and re-soldeing the connectors will usually fix it.
  8. Try Google & Google groups. Is it a one off or is your phone bill the size of a third world debt? I'm getting about 2 faxes a day now all asking you to fax back to be included or excluded from some list. They are all 0906 numbers at £1.50/min. So easy for somone not on the ball to fax it back. Bar Stewards.
  9. Hi CJ. What OS are you running? Can you ping your router? Have you got your new and old pc on together attached to the router? Yes >> can you ping the IP address of the DNS server? No >> are you set to DHCP from the router or static? >> Have you got an UP address
  10. Conceptual problem..... The RAID array is made of physical disks that the controller manages and presents as logical disks. You then create partitions on these logical disks and these partitions can be formatted using a file system, such as FAT or NTFS etc. The controller neither knows nor cares what file system is used. All it does is hide the underlying disk structure in a variety of cunning ways.
  11. I assume it's NFTS, if so do you have NTFS Pro? Or plan B, install NT into a different directory and pull the data off that way. Ian's Plan Big Hammer sounds more fun though :D
  12. Have you tried booting with a last-known-good configuration and seeing if that helps. Depending on what is broken that may get you in.
  13. If you can't log in then how do you know what services have stopped? As it's the PDC the local login is the Domain so there is only the one option. (That doesn't read right, does it....) What happens when you enter the user/password and try to login? Can you ping it by IP address from another machine?
  14. The UK has an 80L tank, the J spec a 70. On my J spec the light would one on and I'd get 57L in it, after the fuel pump was changed I'd get 53L when the light came on.
