  1. Didn’t Toyota strip the engine stress test and upgrade parts also extra water cooling, even so it’s still impressive on a stock motor and turbo I’ve seen plenty of 600/700hp singles at pod struggle to get 11s
  2. If you look at ams performance and real street both well known reputable tuners they are already in low 11s and the guy from real street in their video said 100% the car will be in the 10s within a month so yea I don’t think it’s fake, going to be interesting when they try the next size up turbo from stock which is on the cards next
  3. Changing on a weekly basis now in the 10's already

    Yes or no

lol it could be worse https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Supra-MK-IV-THE-PREDATORIAN/193040865838?hash=item2cf221da2e:g:EYgAAOSwnLFdTneP
  5. 11.4 with ecu tune and downpipe , 0-60 3.75secs that's quick they reckon it will be in the 10s within a month I can't see Toyota being happy Toyota dealer asking 40k more than the msrp https://www.hotcars.com/toyota-dealer-lists-new-supra-for-40000-above-msrp/ Ones over here already fetching 70k new whoever put down for one of the first release made a tidy profit !
  6. New supra dyno run at surrey rolling road seems the americans are also finding its making more power than Toyota have let on , going to be interesting when people start tuning it they wont hit the wall with manifold temps either as Toyota have water cooled it
  7. seen this in the flesh last year lovely car , great investment a stock uk spec ! shame to see your letting it go mate but glws
  8. There is a TRD spoiler , interesting about the engines as others have said BMW gained allot from this and will no doubt rip it off and use in other M series allot of yanks have issues pushing over 500whp due to manifold heat and it seems Toyota have water cooled the manifold so that's one problem taken care of
  9. 1st supra off the production line sold for $2.1million https://www.topgear.com/car-news/very-first-a90-toyota-supra-sold-21m
  10. Yea I agree wait for top secret , apr, doluck ,rocket bunny and whoever else to start making parts it will look bang on. I have been on the mkv forum and they do have a point everyone forgets what a true stock mkiv looks like and are comparing the new supra to modified mkiv's even if that just includes a rmn lip and lowered its not stock vs stock Was interesting to see the amount of interest in the car on there and a poll that showed the highest amount of potential buyers don't own a mkiv . I thought this was pretty piss poor someone in the UK got a letter from Toyota to say sorry we overbooked on orders and you wont get the special launch edition but we will give you 2 years free service plan and guest at goodwood I can see a TS bonnet looking nice on the new supra
  11. Seen it on PH to , Lol so its all a joke to get people to come into the showroom then they talk about the new supra wtf
  12. What would be better imo is 2jz and 6 speed conversion in the new supra , you know someone will do it down the line when they get down to a price .
  13. One good thing parts should be cheap no more rip off mkiv tax , gt86 new front bumper painted £160 , trd parts not stupid prices either gt86 trd steering wheel £400 , trd low mount seat rails £260 , trd dry carbon dash panel £500 I reckon there will be heaps of TRD add-ons for the new supra as there's loads for the gt86
  14. Litchfield stage 1 just a map 435hp https://jza80.mkivsupra.net/imports/2019/01/74.jpg stage 2 with map and exhaust and filter 450hp and 440 ft of torque https://jza80.mkivsupra.net/imports/2019/01/75.jpg people saying about warranty I don't think many r35 stay standard longer than a week and I doubt these will espically if its just stage 1 and the map can be put back:innocent:
  15. But you can understand why Nissan to this day still wont say if the R35 if profitable , many car journalists say the production costs of something so technical and all that time with it in the wind tunnel is not cheap they would have to be sold at around 140k to make profit which kind of makes sense when you see the price of a car that every part has been built from scratch with that much tech, the only thing that might of saved the day the r35 is a hit although I remember when it first came out it was slagged off to death on the gtr forum people saying its not a skyline and its ugly and the last real gtr was a r34 that all seems long forgotten about now. Some sort of aerotop model would be cool but doubt it will happen
