Hmmm could be very tempted at that if engine ever goes in my one Cheers mate Thanks mate ! Plans are wheels first once funds are available , then lower it , won't slam it though due to the speed bumps in my estate will decide at a later date about kit as its growing on me day by day . In the meantime just drive it and enjoy it Ya mate the R32's are generally wrecked over here , I wouldnt pay the tax on a GTR to be honest with you . A mate of mine is selling a mint 32 gtr but I couldn't justify the running costs to be honest . 9k ? Blimey , thats about 11000 euro lol , I must advertise in Uk when I come to sell this ! Yes , I often thought about it, I had not driven the Supra since November 2010 but a time comes when you get sick to your teeth driving a Nissan Primera thats touching 200k miles every day of the week . Been looking at cars for the last 6 months and despite the prohibitive tax I'm glad with what I bought It's great fun , much different to the Supra , I don't think anything will ever give me the same sense of satisfaction that the Supra did but it'll certainly do me for a while ! -

cheers lads much appreciated -
Your welcome , tough business to make it in , worked in car sales for bit myself with Toyota here . If you build a good reputation and have good stock and are reasonable with people there's no reason you can't make a success of it. Unfortunately a lot of car dealers have this smarmy image attached to them , distancing yourself from the stereotype can only help you in the long term .

Best of luck with the business venture , always seemed like a very helpful member on here .

Thanks folks @ abtin90 : Trust me mate I cannot believe either how expensive tax is . Since 2008 cars registered first in 2008 or later in the top emmissions bracket are 2258 a year to tax . Thank your lucky stars uk motor tax is so cheap . Plus you guys have far superior roads to us . -
With the way things are a Supra was out of my league unfortunately as I was looking to get back into something interesting . The tax here in Ireland is less than half on a 2ltr @660 and a 3ltr @ 1390 so decided 2ltr was max engine size . I went to look at a few R32's , went through a stage then of wanting a dc2 , finally a lot of searching I settled on an S2K . This was the second one I viewed and bought it. It needs a slight bit of tidying and a few touches but happy enough over all.

Tommy I'd say it'd well fancy a few tit in a bun meals from hillbillies up the road lol .
